Refund policy
We want you to be confident in your FLUENTPOWER purchase. You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered.
Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition in which you received it, with the original packaging, accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase. A product that has been installed, altered, misused, damaged after delivery, or operated outside the instructions in its manual may not qualify for a discretionary return. This condition requirement does not prevent you from reporting a product that arrived damaged, incorrect, or defective.
To start a return, email support@fluent-power.com with your order number, product model, reason for return, and photos or video when relevant. Do not send a product back without return authorization. If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions and the applicable return address.
Damaged, incorrect, or defective items
Please inspect your order after delivery. Contact support@fluent-power.com as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days, if the item is damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or defective so that we can evaluate the issue. For an approved return caused by our error or a verified product defect, we will provide a prepaid return label or another appropriate remedy at no cost to you.
Change-of-mind returns
For an approved return that is not caused by our error or a verified defect, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original expedited-shipping charges, if any, are not refundable. We do not charge a restocking fee for an eligible product returned complete and in its original condition. A deduction may apply if parts, accessories, packaging, or value are missing because of handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product.
Exceptions
Gift cards and products clearly marked final sale cannot be returned. We cannot accept unauthorized returns, collect-on-delivery shipments, or products that present a safety or contamination risk because they were returned wet, filled with liquid, or improperly packaged. Drain and dry pumps completely before return and follow the return instructions we provide.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different product is to return the original product after authorization and place a new order. If the product you received is incorrect or defective, contact us before placing a replacement order.
Cancellations
You may request cancellation before the order enters fulfillment. Email support@fluent-power.com immediately with your order number. We cannot guarantee cancellation after fulfillment has started. If the order has already shipped, the return terms above apply.
Refunds
We will notify you after we receive and inspect the return. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, contact support@fluent-power.com.
Product warranty coverage is governed by the warranty information supplied with the applicable product. This return policy does not limit any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
