Shipping policy

Sales region

The FLUENTPOWER online store currently accepts orders for delivery within the United States. Address eligibility is confirmed at checkout. Certain P.O. box, military, territory, remote-area, or otherwise unsupported addresses may not be available until an eligible fulfillment service is confirmed.

Shipping price

Product prices include Free Standard Shipping to eligible United States addresses. No separate standard-shipping charge is added at checkout. Any optional expedited service offered in the future will be clearly priced before payment.

Processing and delivery

Orders are normally prepared for fulfillment within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and United States federal holidays. Free Standard Shipping is estimated at 3–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, address problems, or other events outside our reasonable control.

When an order ships, we will send a confirmation email with tracking information when tracking is available.

Address changes and cancellations

Check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Contact support@fluent-power.com immediately if you need to request an address change or cancellation. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment has started.

Delays

If we cannot ship within the time stated at purchase, we will notify you, provide a revised shipment date when available, and give you the option to accept the delay or cancel the affected order for a full refund to the original payment method.

Lost, damaged, or incorrect deliveries

If tracking shows a delivery problem, or your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact support@fluent-power.com promptly with your order number and relevant photos. We will review the issue with the fulfillment provider or carrier and provide an appropriate remedy when the claim is verified.

Taxes

Applicable sales tax, if any, is calculated and displayed at checkout. Customers are not charged undisclosed shipping fees after placing an order.
